At Cigar & Ash Co., we stand behind the quality of our gear. If your essentials don't meet the standards of your lifestyle, we’re here to make it right.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your items must be:
- Apparel & Accessories: Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags attached.
- Non-returnable items: For quality and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened coffee or used cigar accessories (such as cases, used cutters, mugs, etc.).
Because our apparel is custom-made, we highly recommend checking our size guides before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit.
Damaged or Defective Items (The "Even Burn" Guarantee)
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at returns@cigarandashco.com with a photo of the issue. Whether it's a printing error on a tee or a hardware issue with a lifestyle accessory, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
