Shipping Policy

Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.  As our gear is custom-made for the Cigar & Ash Co. lifestyle, processing times my vary slightly during high-volume periods or holiday.  We appreciate your patience as we ensure every item meets our standards.

Multiple Shipments
To ensure you receive your gear as quickly as possible, we may ship items from different specialized fulfillment centers.

  • Apparel & Lifestyle Accessories: These items are handled by our primary gear hubs and may ship separately from one another.
  • Small-Batch Coffee: To ensure maximum freshness, our coffee is roasted and shipped directly from the roaster.

Shipping Rates & Estimates
We believe in keeping the process as smooth as the draw.

  • Free Shipping: All domestic orders.  3-7 business days once the item has shipped.
  • International Shipping: At this time, we currently do not ship outside of the United States.

    Order Tracking
    If your order is split, you will receive a unique tracking number for each package. Don’t worry if one arrives before the other—the rest of your order is close behind.

    Lost or Delayed Packages
    We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we’re here to help if something goes wrong. If your order is lost or hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, please reach out to us at shipping@cigarandashco.com.
