Official Giveaway Rules: Ultimate Aficionado's Bundle Giveaway

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

2. Eligibility

The Ultimate Aficionado's Bundle Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Cigar & Ash Co., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

3. Timing

The Giveaway begins on April 14, 2026, and ends on May 5, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT (the "Promotion Period").

4. How to Enter

  • Early Subscriber Entry: Individuals who joined the Cigar & Ash Co. email list prior to April 28, 2026, automatically receive 20 bonus entries.
  • New Email Sign-up: Any individual who signs up for our email list between April 28 and May 5, 2026, will receive 5 entries.
  • Purchase Entries: During the Promotion Period, eligible participants will earn 5 entries for every $10.00 spent on eligible products at https://cigarandashco.com. (Example: A $100 purchase equals 50 entries).
  • Digital Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without a purchase, participants may visit https://forms.gle/cyVQauHtVt2u8jii9 and submit their name, email address, age, and a brief statement (50 words or less) on what the aficionado lifestyle means to them. Each valid digital AMOE submission is worth 50 entries. Limit one (1) digital AMOE entry per person.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the Ultimate Aficionado's Bundle, which includes a curated selection of Cigar & Ash Co. apparel and specialty small-batch coffee.

  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $203
  • The prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent is permitted.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about May 8, 2026, from all eligible entries received (including purchase, sign-up, and digital AMOE entries). The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of the drawing. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 72 hours of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
